Eileen Devaney

Eileen M. Devaney, M.S., CCC-SLP is a NYS licensed Speech-Language Pathologist of over 35 years. Eileen is the owner and founder of S.E.E.D.S of the Willistons. She holds her certificate as a Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) and her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Eileen is a member of New York State Speech-Language Hearing Association (NYSSLHA), Long Island Speech-Language Hearing Association (LISHA), and a member of the American Academy of Private Practice in Speech Pathology and Audiology (AAPPSPA) where she served as past President. Eileen earned her Bachelors of Arts from Hunter College and her Masters of Science
from Adelphi University. Eileen holds additional certifications in level-one PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets), SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory approach to feeding) Certification, and Accent Modification. During her free time, Eileen loves to bake, spend time with her 12 grandchildren, and walk her new dog, Charlotte!

Bridget Devaney Nerses
S.E.E.D.S of the Willistons 

Bridget Devaney Nerses has been an integral part of S.E.E.D.S. of the Willistons for over 20 years. Growing up within the practice founded by her mother, Eileen Devaney, Bridget developed a deep understanding of both the clinical and operational aspects of providing high-quality speech and occupational therapy services to children and families throughout Nassau County.

Throughout her tenure, Bridget has served in nearly every role within the organization, including front desk administration, scheduling, billing, insurance coordination, clinical supervision, and direct speech therapy services. Her comprehensive experience across all departments has given her a unique perspective on how to deliver exceptional care while maintaining efficient, family-centered operations.

 

Today, as Director and Owner, Bridget leads the practice with a strong commitment to clinical

excellence, ethical standards, and personalized service. She works closely with therapists, school districts, and families to ensure each child receives individualized, evidence-based support tailored to their needs. Bridget is passionate about preserving the warm, community-oriented culture established by her mother while continuing to modernize and strengthen the organization for the future.

 

Under her leadership, S.E.E.D.S. continues to expand its services, enhance internal systems, and maintain its reputation as a trusted provider of speech and occupational therapy across Long Island.
